Defense Technology

Non-kinetic systems for the Armed Forces of the Philippines, defense-adjacent agencies and the allied partners who deliver into them — built by cleared Philippine teams and structured so the capability stays in-country.

Our Process

How a defense programme runs

Scoped so it can be procured, cleared before anyone has access, and transferred as it is built.

  • A closed session on the requirement, the constraints and whether it falls inside what we will build. Some do not, and we say so here.

  • Scope, deliverables and pricing structured for RA 9184 alongside eligibility and technical documentation.

  • Team roster assembled, vetting and clearance progressed, environment and access controls agreed in writing.

  • Documentation, runbooks and operator training are delivered throughout, not compiled at the end.

  • Your personnel operate the system; we move to a defined support role with a named local team.

Case Study

A service branch of the Armed Forces of the Philippines

Replacing spreadsheet-based materiel tracking with a single system, built and operated by a cleared Philippine team over 14 months.

4 hrs
to a full inventory position, down from 11 days
3
depots on one system
100%
of operators now in-house
The Problem
Inventory visibility across depots depended on hand-reconciled spreadsheets, and a full position took about eleven days to assemble.
The Solution
Scope structured for RA 9184 from the start, a vetted Philippine team in an isolated environment, and documentation and training contracted as deliverables.
The Results
Inventory reporting cut from 11 days to 4 hours, three depots on one system, and every operator now in-house.

Book a Call with Us
  • We are a Philippine technology firm with a defense practice, delivering non-kinetic systems — command support, logistics, secure networks, training and transfer. We do not build weapons systems and we do not intend to.

  • Yes. We provide the Philippine entity, the cleared local team and the technology transfer and sustainment execution your programme obligations require.

  • Export-controlled programmes are scoped with counsel on both sides before build starts, with the technology boundary and the transfer scope written down.

  • Every person on a defense engagement is Philippine-based, NBI-cleared and reference-verified as standard. Where a programme requires higher clearance we sponsor and manage it, and no one gets access before it is granted.
